Training Directors’ Special Interest Group - December
Aligning Training and Development with the Talent Management Agenda.
Training Directors are continually challenged to align their Training
Programs and processes with the organization's talent management
approach. How do you align with 70/20/10? As competency models are
broadened and used more regularly, how do you assist functional teams
in building learning objectives into development plans? How do you
capture the learning output of good development experiences and
mentoring relationships? This program will be a roundtable discussion
for Training Directors to share their best practices, and to learn
about recent breakthroughs from peer organizations.
MISSION: The
mission of the Training Directors' Special Interest Group (SIG) is to
provide a collegiate forum for those people directly involved in the
management of a training & development function in an organization
to discuss issues and ideas of interest and concern to Training
Department managers
Chair: Jim O'Hern Director of Learning and Development, Hess Corporation
